Soba est un trio composé du chanteur-guitariste burkinabé Moussa Koita, du chanteur-harmoniciste français Vincent Bucher et du batteur-percussionniste congolais Émile Biayenda. Depuis six ans, les trois artistes se côtoient régulièrement, se produisent ensemble tout en menant leurs propres carrières
